Wonderful, caring staff with doctors who are prompt and listen to your concerns.
They are always over-crowded and busy. My 4 year old had been sick the week prior to a 4 year check up. and was tired and just getting over it. then when we were there wasn't being very compliant with their tests. so the "lovely" nurse practioner we saw decided she needs special one on one help and has something wrong with her for being so tentative. She was rude and wouldn't listen to what I said . I will not go back there. we had went since birth but I feel as if they see too many patients. and that particular Nurse practioner needs to be fired. She is terribly rude and arrogant for not even being a doctor. I wont say any names, I don't know how many NP's they have on staff but I do know I wouldn't recommend them
I took my son to MPG when we moved to Maryville when he was 11 months old. He will be 19 next month and I am still extremely satisfied. I have never left with a question unanswered or a concern not having been addressed. I would recommend MPG to anyone without reservation.
We have been taking our child here for 14 years. They have a great group of doctors and nurses that have always been attentive to our child needs. They go out of their way to make the environment non-imtimidating and informative for the children. Never had any issues here at all. I would recommend this group to anyone for care of their children.
Waiting an hour for your scheduled appointment is terrible! This is 90% of our appointments - long wait times. The you wait in the patient room for at least another 15-20 minutes only to be rushed through when the doctor finally arrives.
