Watch out for the lab they use. It charges MUCH more than the hospital lab.

I've been going here for 6 years, to let you know.

If you have bad insurance get copies of all your records that day, and you should demand to see a doctor regularly. Do not settle for NP's all the time.

I had a very easy delivery though, and I felt like I the staff gave me good pregnancy advice.

Sometimes I felt bad for having undesirable insurance. I have a lot of family in the medical field, and I know how some individuals and offices feel about TN Care patients.

The staff are all rude. No one will say 'hi' or even make eye contact. No one will introduce themselves to you either. They are all to busy it seems.

Please go somewhere else. It's really not worth your time or effort to go here.

I have had nothing but problems since I had the procedures and surgeries that they have performed. Their lack of care of those problems are outrageous. I have done everything they have asked of me and still I continue to have problems. Then, they act like it's my fault that I have these issues. I was perfectly fine before hand. Go figure. I'm highly disappointed with the lack of care. I have been waiting for a call back from Dr. Traver for almost three days now. She obviously doesn't care whether my questions are answered. I'm sure when she does I'll just be forced to make an appointment and spend unnecessary money for her to tell me nothing I don't already know. I will be finding a new group.

Also, if you don't have enough time to sit in the waiting room for over an hour, you're out of luck. I've always had to wait at least an hour in the waiting room.

I can't even think where to start with this place.

I specifically talked about my symptoms and my fear of having cancer. I am lucky to be here today. 2 Two yrs of three different chemo therapies every week with 30-35 radiation treatments changes your body and life forever. As I said, I am lucky to be alive.

I am lucky to be alive.

I have been going to All Women's Care since I was 17 years old. Dr.Traver delivered my daughter. I called today to get this IUD out of me since I am having so many bad side effects from it. But, instead of scheduling my appointment, the staff told me I owe a bill of 120 that insurance did not cover from several years ago. Nevermind, the fact that I have always used Dr.Traver and told them I would like to take care of the balance when I come in for my appointment which I assumed would take several weeks before I could be scheduled. Marsha informed me that the bill had already been sent to collections which means they already wrote it off but would rather not provide medical service a loyal patient who is having issues with something I cannot take out on my own. When I asked what I need to do with this THING INSIDE OF ME, she said she wasn't a dr and couldn't give medical advice. Judging by the rest of the reviews, the doctors can be great but staff can ruin a practice. A better response would have been, "No problem, we can schedule you for this day....... bring your payment in and we will get it where it needs to go"

Technically I'm supposed to see Dr. Garza, but I've only ever met her once. Only once, never again.

Do not make suggestions to the nurse/doctor, they will not care. I'm having some health issues and it took some serious effort to get some tests scheduled. (I'm hoping it's nothing serious).

Over all I had a bad experience, and I do not recommend them if you are high-risk for anything or if you have state assisted insurance.

They missed my breast cancer for over 2 years, telling me to not worry that it was unlikely I had it. By the time the tumor was big enough to see I was a stage four and it was in 5 organs. It was uncommon for my age group, but I had 2 symptoms (bleeding and nipple recession) that are considered cancerous symptoms until proven otherwise. I did not get a mamogram untill 2 years after these symptoms.

I've given up dealing with them now. I'm looking for a new doctor.

The staff (nurses/assistants) are not aware of current female care protocols. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a pap smear (had one a year ago) and I told them the new protocol is every 3 years if you've always had normal ones. She kept arguing with me about it. The Dr. agreed with me and said it wasn't needed. A month later I get a phone call from the same assistant that I need to make an appointment for my pap smear for next year. I told her yet again, the protocol is every three years an she argued that it wasn't. I will be switching to midwifery care in the future.
