Went for my first procedure yesterday. Was very nervous about it. Dr. Jarvis was my Dr. He had all my prep instructions wrote out for me and they were easy to follow. All the staff and my Dr. were wonderful and helped to make it a less stressful experience. I would recommend them and I don't feel like I was rushed through like a herd of cattle like in other reviews on here. I feel they took adaquate time with me and explained everything they were doing before they did it.

Bad about returning calls

Dr Jenny Smith was great. The staff excellent. I would recommend Dr. Smith for this procedure.

Agree with previous review that I was treated like cattle, but the most upsetting issue I have is with the billing department. They had all my insurance info, and was scheduled weeks in advance and was told they would take care of billing. Due to my physical issue at the time I knew I was close to or had already met my deductible but asked anyway. I was told I would be billed once insurance pays. How hard is it to prequalify an endoscopy to find out what insurance pays on that procedure? I trusted them and weeks after peocedure recieved a bill for over $1000. Not happy, we called and was told not to worry, they're going to run it through again and will let us know. Never heard a thing. Received COLLECTION notice this time. Called again, was told it shouldn't have gone to collections, she will fix it. We paid $100 and was told we would receive monthly billing but that she was still working on insurance. Paid a few more months, and then got another collection letter. Called collection agency, they said it was never removed from collections. Paid off balance due, which I could've done in beginning but was told to wait to see what insurance pays. Was told it would be removed from credit score, but was not. Went through a dispute via experian and was told they would not remove deragatory claims for x amount of time. Dropped my credit score from 720 to 680. Very upsetting.

I went there today and the individual I was with said they treated him somewhat “okay”. I probably would not recommend this place.
