One star is too high of a rating for this so called doctor!!! The Denso Clinic Doctor is a joke and not a caring and/or helpful one!! My husband went to see clinic doctor with all symptoms of bronchitis and brown colored infection in chest. The clinic doctor tells him to continue taking Mucinex D, if worse contact him. Later that evening, husband's throat was swollen with little white bumps in back of throat. He had trouble swallowing due to soreness. My husband calls clinic doctor, leaves messages and waits. No return phone call!! My husband has ended up with pink eye and an ear infection. The clinic doctor's service is a freaking joke. Left a very miserable sick husband!! Now going to a real clinic and a real doctor that cares and will help!!!
They try to get you in and out, do a very good job considering how many people they see...
I went with a sinus infection, I have them about 2 to 3 times a year and the doctors always give me antibiotics and they always get rid of it. This time the doctor told me to take wal-phed and musinex dm, I ask about a antibiotic and told him they always give me one but he said no this is viral if it gets worse to call him. I think I know a little more about my body than he does but needless to say I will not be back there, I'll go where I have to pay more but get my infection took care of.
We just moved here from Ohio in Feb. My husband took on a job at Denso. I love how Denso provides a health clinic close to work that allows people to go to. I also love the fact that the Co pay is only 5 bucks. I also love the Nurse practitioner Jennifer Farmer. I love that a pharmacy is next door for convenience. Denso employees also get a discount off the shelf items in the waiting room. This is a great benefit to Denso employees. I would highly recommend useing it.
