My daughter was very ill with a bad strep infection. Other offices would not fit her into their schedule her but this one saw her the same morning and had her on the road to recovery quickly! She saw Dr. Almand and Dr. Tigner during her illness and we were pleased with both. We appreciate their skill and kindness!
Believe the negative reviews! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have encountered. The DR was rude and raised his voice out of anger which caused our 5 year old to cry. It was our 2nd visit to him and we left mid visit and will find another ENT. Unless you want to be verbally abused, I would strongly advise against visiting him
I'm really surprised by these negative reviews. My experience with Dr. Almand and the office personnel has been nothing like these other people report. Not saying their experience wasn't as they say--only saying my experience has been good. Wait times have been negligible, the staff has been friendly and helpful and the medical care I've received has been excellent. I did see another doctor when I was first referred to this group a few years ago and he was brusk and impatient; however, he left abruptly to go to another country. Can't remember his name now but Dr. Almand took over my care and I'm totally satisfied.
In my visits with this office they have always showed the utmost in hospitality and professionalism. I am very pleased with the care I have received here.
Sat around for an hour waiting for a 10 sec evaluation. "Recommended" by my PC doc. I can do better than that myself.
