I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Staff was rude! The receptionist had problems with finding my insurance infomation in their system. Asked me if I really have insurance... then asked in I even have a job. As I am standing there in a suit with my name tag on (just got off work early to take my child to get a cast removed). After being in the waiting room for 45 mins (and the receptionist found she was typing my info in wrong), we finally got to see the Doctor for a total of 3 mins. He said my daughter needed to keep the cast for another week.... no exrays nothing... It seems that he just to busy for us.
Very professional from reception to clinical staff. Dr. Morgan is wonderful. Explained problem, options, follow ups, very thorough and empathetic. Would recommend him every time.
Great experience at ortho tn, Maryville. Dr. Morgan fixed my knee, no pain or swelling after 15 years! Very caring physicians and staff. Highly recommend!
