I was disappointed to find that you have to wait upwards of a week before getting an appointment to see the doctor. For new patients they request you fill out paper work on your insurance and the doctor then reviews, which is the week long waiting time. I appreciate the doctor/offices willingness to be thorough, but this seems like a dated process for this day and age. This is simply a review on the process from the perspective of a new patient, this review does not reflect any services rendered.
