My girls love going to the dentist now that we have switched to Dr. Shanks! They actually ask how much longer until they get to go again. The office is nice and clean, they use the latest equipment, and they are more than accommodating to my young children. Thank you for making trips to the dentist "fun" for the girls.

Love, love, love my dentist! From the moment I'm greeted until I leave smiling, it's an amazing experience! My favorite person is my hygienist, Catherine. She is so wonderful, thorough and always gentle! You should really give this team a call!
Super friendly and, more importantly, organized. Always get friendly reminders and they are very helpful in scheduling appointments. I do not feel like they are EVER trying to push products or any agenda besides your oral health.
I have had to wait 10 min or so past my appointment time, but I think that is endemic of the concept of punctuality in East TN. Not much they can do about that.
