I have been a patient of Dr. Norman for over 20 years and have had several procedures done in that time. I have never felt any discomfort whenever he has had to do a procedure on me. He has a friendly staff and I feel that I receive the best dental care available anywhere. I highly recommend Kim and his staff for any dental needs and maintenance.
Dr. Norman provided a service without explaining the procedure would not last 24 hour until after it was performed. Refused to reimburse or try the 30 minute procedure a secind time. Extremely unsatisfied
