Exceptional! I could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Dr. Spears and his staff! I was so hesitant about where to go to get my son's posterior tongue tie and upper lip tie corrected. I had read so much about where to go and preferred providers. Even though Dr. Spears isn't on the list (yet) I would not change my decision. The moment we walked back I felt completely at ease. Jenny ( I think and I apologize if I'm wrong) was amazing with our son. He was laughing and smiling up a storm. It was quick (much quicker than I anticipated), and they were so patient. We got to calm him down and nurse him while still in the office. I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Spears was so personable and knowledgeable. We we're shown stretches and they made sure we were okay with everything before we left. I'm so grateful for him and his staff.
Nice people but one mistake too many. I'll have to find someone else to fix the perfectly fine crown on top that he ground down because his new lower crown wasn't right. Now I can't chew meat on that side without forcing fiber up in between the two uppers and into my gum. Have to floss and brush halfway thru a meal and still painful. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff is friendly and pleasant.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spears and his staff. We were able to get my newborn son’s frenectomy scheduled very quickly and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. All of my worries disappeared when I met Sara and Dr. Spears. Sara is so personable and kind, and Dr. Spears is knowledgeable and approachable. I felt safe leaving my three week old in their hands and felt they truly cared about him. Not once did we feel rushed or uncomfortable. I am so grateful we were referred here by our pediatrician, we couldn’t have had a more positive experience.
