They told us several times the quote for how much everything will cost was 1090 for 4 teeth removed and 45 mins of aintistetics when we arrived we were told the amount was 1700 a giant up charge we have no insurance so it was all out of pocket this was very infuriating and theh would not allow us to leave with a recipe of how much everything wouldve costed
The surgeons are excellent however the office staff is not. We had questions about the amount we were billed and what our insurance company paid, after we paid our bill in full. When I requested to be mailed a print out of our account that itemized what we were charged and what payments they had received she told me I would have to contact my insurance company. That is just poor customer service! If you are looking at it on the screen then you can print it out and mail it to someone. Needless to say her refusal to do so leads me to believe that they overcharged me on purpose and I would not recommend them to anyone.
