I have never seen any medical/dental practice run so smoothly by such wonderful people. They are going to make my daughter getting braces such a stress-free experience. Our appointment was at 10:30. We got there early. They took us back and we were out by 10:31. You cannot ask for better than that.
I would rate this facility as a 5 everyone treats you great from receptionist to dental assistant to the orthodontist, they treated my grandson and I as they had known us but it was our first visit. Every thing was explained thoroughly, with chances for questions and I respect that. I would highly recommend Jeffery Eberting Orthodontics.
First visit was wonderful. My 16 year old daughter was nervous. The staff and Dr. made her feel at ease. Very professional atmosphere with the "we care" feeling. My daughter doesn't like to smile because of her teeth. While talking I noticed that her anxiety went away and she actually smiled alot. Thank you guys for caring!
Eberting Orthodontics is the best place to get braces. The staff are all so friendly and Dr. Eberting is a really nice guy and does his job very well. They make sure you always have what you need and are always happy to answer any questions. My teeth look absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend them!!
Staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. Dr. and staff explained the options and what to expect. My daughter had braces from here a few years ago and I was pleased with the results. Yes, you do wait on the doctor a bit, but the hygenist does most of the work and they work rather quickly. They are a busy office so they must be doing something right! My son now needs braces and I look forward to having Dr. Eberting giving him a beautiful smile as well.
