Dr. Durand is an excellent endodontist. He's done a couple of root canals for me and I've had no problems. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Sierra, Dr. Kalchthaler, and the staff were fabulous! I am extremely afraid of having dental work and they did a great job handling my fear. Dr. Kalchthaler took the time to ask why I was anxious and addressed that issue. He also followed up with a phone call the same evening. If you are seriously afraid of having dental work...this may be the place for you.
I am very disappointed with the office manager. She was extremely rude when I discussed a issue regarding what her staff member told me about my treatment. They are very misleading and can’t give definitive answers. I will never go back to this office.
The rudeness and the amount of inconsideration I received from this facility was ridiculous. I would never recommend this place. The receptionist was a jerk and just laughs in your face if something is wrong. You all should be ashamed of yourself.
Dr. Larry Durand and his staff were GREAT!! I was referred for a root canal. A previous bad dental experience made me extremely nervous about the treatment. However, I was comforted immediately and knew I was in good hands. I had no pain or discomfort during the treatment. The pain and sensitivity in the tooth immediately resolved after the procedure. I even received a phone call to make sure I was doing ok. Awesome service, people and treatment. Will recommend to anyone in need of Endo!
