Very professional service and a very comfortable atmosphere. It had been a while since I visited a dentist and going into my appointment I was a little nervous but after a very short wait I was back in a chair and being seen. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling great. Great office and staff.
My first visit to his office was to see if he took new patients. I was greeted by a charming young woman, who scheduled an appointment for a first time exam and cleaning. She gave me some paperwork to complete and return at my visit. My appointment was on time, I brought some reading material but by the time I sat down and started reading, they called my back. Dr. Moss is a very personable. He was able to answer all my questions and explained issues clearly.
Having moved into the area I needed to find a new dentist. Dr Moss was recommended by a friend. My friend was impressed by his skill and advanced training Dr. Moss has obtained.
This is a great practice. We've been going here for years. Everyone is super nice. I highly recommend.
Sharon, the dental hygienist, did the cleaning. She was delightful. She is quite friendly and energetic. The cleaning of my teeth is never fun, but she made the time pass easily.
Awesome Family dentist. First time I'd been to the dentist in about 10 years. Got me in checked me over x-rays, cleaning. The whole experience with Dr. Moss and his staff was outstanding. Very gentle with there work, not a doc that just wants to pull teeth. This will definitely be my family dentist. Thank you for A+ experience!
All of the staff members are so friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Dr. Moss has a calm demeanor (which I need because I often get so nervous at the dentist!) and is very knowledgeable. I live in Knoxville but Moss Family Dentistry is worth the 20 or so minute drive to Maryville!
