My kids and I love the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. We don't dread going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Klein is great. I highly recommend them.
Hands down the most amazing staff and care I've ever received. I was a first time patient with a dental emergency and they went above and beyond to help me in any way! From the second I walked in the door, I was treated with compassion and empathy; I've never felt so at ease at a dentists office in my life! I'll tell anyone I know to go to Klein Dental Arts for care from now on! Thank you guys so much!!
My family has been going to Klein Dental Arts for a little while now and couldn't be more pleased. They have been incredibly considerate, professional, caring and generous. An example of this would be how they helped my mother, who had had a horrible experience while getting dentures with another company. Those dentures looked awful, made her look like she had a bad under bite and they wouldn't stay in place. I suggested she see Dr. Klein. During the visit, Dr. Klein showed her how her dentures should fit and look. She was won over by Dr. Klein and the staff. Fortunately the other company advertised that they would refund your money if you weren't satisfied. Bev was AWESOME! She got the process started for my mom and scheduled appointments so that by the time any payment was due, she was being reimbursed by the other company and her dental insurance had been restored for use. Mom's dentures fit and look great and she's happy to be able to eat again! Thank you Dr. Klein, Bev and the whole staff!
Klein Dental Arts is an amazing place to go for dentistry work. They are currently in Alcoa at the corner of Sanderson and Ave, B, but will be moving into a new office in mid January in Maryville, off of West Broadway. I had a root canal and 2 crowns that needed to be done. Dr. Klein and staff took great care of me. The injections were great and I was not in the chair all day. A few hours later and the numbness is completely gone and I feel great. I highly reccomend Dr Klein and Staff. Dr Klein's staff, is amazing!
My wife Robyn and I were desperate for help with her teeth. We had tried everyone to no avail; however, Dr. Klein took my wife in as a patient, and we are so glad and very blessed that he did. His office was so refreshing while there in many ways from the way that we were treated, to the professionalism, and fantastic care and attitudes from everyone. We are Christian people, and they are too. My wife has always been afraid to go the dentist; however, Dr. Klein and his staff made her feel calm and right at home. We will always go to them now for all of our dental needs. If we could give them more stars than 5 we would gladly do so. Love Dr. Klein and his wonderful staff.
