Scott runs a great shop! Recently had an issue with a starter on my Honda. Turns out the installed replacement part was bad, but there were no issues in making the correction. Scott apologized, got his top mechanic on it and gave me the keys to his loaner car. Mistakes happen, but it's how a business handles them that makes the difference!
