occasions in the past 6 months to get an estimate for personal work, not insurance. Each time I was turned away with no price. This makes me feel as if they only want insurance work! However in the past they have done insurance work for me with no problem, and good results!

Went to have my car fixed from an accident at the dealership and they sent me here. Work was awesome and customer service was great until the same door that got fixed almost completely fell off when I opened it one night....came back to get it fixed again and got rude customer service. Amy was great and sweet but Sandy wasn't very polite and made me feel guilty for something they did! Other than that they did great work!
My experience with Boruff's Auto Body was limited, due to my insurance company working this claim. However, I was very pleased with the over-all aspect of their greeting/ communication, diagnostics, and performance. It's rare to find a quality Body Shop around anymore, but with all the recommendations for Boruff's, but was difficult to pass them up. I would refer anyone else to utilize their knowledge and Workmanship when it comes to your vehicle...
