Foster's Body Shop was recommended by a co-worker that has used their services for multiple years. I received estimate and got work done the next day, with minor repairs, at 70% less cost then competitor near by. I definitely will use Foster's body shop the next time there is a need and will spread the word of great, timely service at a reasonable cost!

Horrible and this shop is not honest. Buddy of mine had his vehicle repaired there. They figured brand new doors on his vehicle. I was checking it out as his door lock wasn't working. After the door panel was off I found out the shop used two recycled doors instead of new ones. They charged the insurance company for the new doors and pocketed the money for the difference in the used doors. Plus the guy writing the estimate (Chris I think) was only worries about introducing people to UT football players and catering to their every need which is probably a violation of ncaa rules. If you want an honest shop don't go there. My buddy has reported them to his insurance company so hopefully they can get their money back

I had my 08 Altima repaired in January 2014 after it was hit by road debris on the interstate. I recently noticed water puddling in the floorboards when it rained and couldn't figure out where it was leaking at. I took the car in and talked to Rilo who was patient and understanding as I expressed my concerns with the potential work they had done 3+ years ago was now causing me issues. I talked with him two days later to find out the water leak was not related to the previous repair, but from a faulty drain hose in my sunroof, they not only fixed it but cleaned my carpets and dash at NO charge! I can't thank him and Foster's enough for customer service they provided. It's reasons like this that we have used them time and time again! I would recommend anyone and everyone to bring their car here for repair as they will have a lifetime of customer service ahead of them.
