Chilhowee Benz Repair is the primary place I take my Mercedes to. They are always straight forward and honest with me about what my car needs. Most times they will provide OEM or top notch components/parts which is good for my car and my wallet.They do not treat me like a dummie and respect my questions. They do the work in a very timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have excellent quality work done on their vehicle for way less than what the dealer wants to charge.

Good guy but if you have an older car (I have a 72 super beetle) don't bring it to this place because I had my struts replaced and he had to disconnect the front brake drums and about half way home I had come to the realization that he didn't bleed the brakes after putting them back on which made me nearly have an accident because my brakes pedal went through the floor. So, older cars are not this guy's best.

I have taken my 01 740i Sport to Jason twice now after reading positive reviews of his shop. He is a stand up guy and will tell if something is worth fixing based on the cost of a part and labor (in my case cup holders) and is also very reasonable in pricing. After more then 20 years I decided to buy another used Mercedes and to my delight found out that Chilhowee Benz is still doing business. 3rd generation repairing and servicing Mercedes with the same integrity and skill as their father and grandfather before them.
