Logan Love was great to deal with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. After my $1500 rental coverage was maxed thru my insurance company, Logan did not hesitate to put me in a rental even though it was in their dime. I really appreciate everything he did and my car looked brand new when they were done with it. The inside and outside were detailed to a T. I pray that I will never get into another wreck again, but if I ever need any services that they can provide I will not take my car anywhere except for Service King in Maryville. Hello? Can someone from there return my calls? So we can set up time to fix all the issues still wrong! Hood alignment, windshield, scratched bumper you installed, coolant light, glass under hood needs cleaned, hood pings ? Shroud, Transmission light, please set a time when you can actually work on it. I can't leave it for 6 weeks again.

I walked in, unannounced, for an estimate on my truck and was told by the secretary that an appt would be needed. However, Logan Love walked through the lobby and asked if he could assist (while the secretary was on the phone), and I said "yes"!! He promptly listened to my circumstances and wrote me an eatimate - w/o an appt. They start work on my truck next week. Super nice folks!!
