Neal’s has great customer service they just lack in having folks that know how to fix cars the first time. Every time I’ve been there I had to take back again or I just found someone else how could do it the first time. If they had more knowledgeable mechanics I would go back in a heartbeat.
Neal's Kar Care aims to please his customers so if you been there once, & if in need again ;you will return. His prices and the quality of his work are hard to beat. My son's first motorcycle was sold to him by Neal's Kar Care. Bought on a payment plan, my son was 17yrs old, and if my son had questions about : motorcycle's, car's, truck's & even lawnmowers, Neal had the answers, and took the time to explain in a way that even a child could understand.
