my alternator replaced, and in the process, they tell me that my car has an electrical issue and the alternator won't work bc one wire isnt getting power and its going to cost more and more to investigate and repair. Me, having a background in mechanics, I tell them not to worry about it, and just replace the alternator. When I picked my car up, everything worked fine and they were just trying to steal a couple more dollars from me... And for the cherry on top... They DAMAGED my hood! They claim the hood fell while they were working on it and its not their fault. I have 3 huge dings with paint cracking in 3 places! It has been 2 weeks and they haven't done anything to fix this. I'm giving them a few more days to call back and resolve this before I bring my lawyers in. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any shop. So do yourself a favor and stay away from here. True story
