Pulled a 2001 lexus up here thinking I was going to have to do the usual mechanic-customer dance including overpriced work, upsales, and being belittled. Imagine my surprise when I pulled up to a firm handshake, reasonable prices, and a group of friendly, professional guys that were not only informative, but attentive to me, and honest in their evaluations of my problems. No one jumped the gun, in fact, they urged me to take the work in stages, focusing on the biggest problem first and systematically fixing other things according to my budget. Turn around time for a tune up, timeing belt fix and a load of other things? I got a call the next morning...these guys are lightning fast. I literally can't say enough good things about these folks, so we'll stop here.
