The girls who work here work yard and clean well. The issue we had was having someone come to the home that we know was very dirty to get an estimate for cleaning. After speaking with the owner apparently he dies not do any sort of cleaning, so how can he give an accurate estimate? He insisted it would only take 2 maybe 3 hours to clean and gave an estimate of 2-4 hours and states they would call on Monday before charging our card. It took over 6 hours for the clean and we never received a phone call before the card being charged. I even spoke with the owner and all she could tell me was she couldn't do anything and she will talk to him about not calling. I will never do business with them again!
I use this particular Molly Maid franchise and have experienced impeccable service, prompt responses to my calls, and have had very friendly, and reliable women with strong work ethics doing the cleaning. I am sorry if anyone has experienced otherwise. I have been using their services monthly (previously bi-monthly) for almost two years now.
They used to be very trust worthy....They have a girl who works there name Sarah Hymel..which has a background of stealing .Shes been fired from two jobs..Dont let her in your home...i have reported this company to BBB over this...Dont use them..
