I have been living here for almost 2 years. It is quiet, large sq ft apartments, nice grounds, and very helpful staff. Reading some comments below it is hard to believe they are talking about the same apartments I live in. It also sounds like they just never lived in apartments before. I have had a few things go wrong in the apartment that needed to be fixed and the staff made sure to get it fixed asap. Including a heater that went out in a Sunday. They made sure I was taken care of until Monday when they could get the part. The office staff is super friendly and will bend over backwards for you to make sure any problems are taken care and you are a happy tenant.
Good experience living here. Prices are a bit high given the area but amenities are nice and the apartments were well taken care of. Had good service from all of the office staff as well.
i want to say the appartment are very nice. i did enjoy living tjere for a year. i currently departed the complex due to me buying a home. i was very happy and paid my final bill. before i moved out i shampooed thr carpets and cleaned the home from top to bottom. i even handed them the keys early. 2 weeks later they send me a bill for 800 dollars. i called to ask why. they said in the final inspection the carpets was unusable and was replaces. number one. they told me to leave before the final inspection. they have never gave me any proof of the carpet being unusable. they way i see it they desided to get a nother month rent for free. pluse they appartment downstairs was completed gutted. so i guess i had to pay for that. i do not recomend. the appartments unless u are willing to be hit with high unexpected bills. i am a single dad and work for the community. i thought they was good people there but far from. thank you
Very unprofessional staff and be prepared to pay them for even the smallest crumb left on the floor when you leave!! Beware Ashton if she still works there. She has a very nasty attitude and she seemed to have something against us because we have a large dog. Maintenance staff will knock on your door two or three times, then just let themselves in, so you better hope you're not in the shower! Our neighbors were friendly, but that's about the only nice thing I can say about this place.
I do painting there and there real friendly. And I enjoy working for them
As for moving out and getting charged I will see what happens when I do. But word of advice always do your final walk through with an apartment. Never just leave to them to do it on their own.
