They are not to be trusted. They will steal your valuables. When confronted they told my wife she couldn't prove nothing and then asked why would you keep personal property in the truck, insinuating it was her fault for leaving it in the truck. They burned the paint on the front bumper then claimed that was like that. Pushed a dash panel in and claimed they never touched it even though it had been wiped down and shined. Removed cup holders and rubber trim from the center console. My wife had to argue with them to return the Harley Davidson floormats they removed after she saw them sitting in their shop. Then the owner stood up, got in my wife's face and tried intimidating her. He will find out swiftly that he messed with the wrong lady. I would not recommend my worst enemy to bring their car there.
I read the reviews and was hesitant at first because the rating seemed kind of low and I own a Mercedes and want my car to be taken care of. Despite the low reviews, I figured I would give them a chance since they were so close to my work location, I could literally walk there and pick up my car when they were finished. I have to say that I was VERY SATISFIED with the results. My car looked newer than new. I cannot say enough good about the quality of care they took with my car. It smelled great, looked great, the wax job was impeccable and the buff job they did on the headlights was incredible. The gentleman who cleaned my car was friendly and professional. I asked him about a regular detailing schedule and he was happy to spend the time talking about what my car needed etc. I was so pleased. He definitely get two thumbs up.

I had a 15 year old car that had never been detailed. Kids grew up in that car and it was filthy. Took it to Car Care and they made it look like a brand new car. In fact, I now refer to my car as my 'new car'. It was amazing the job they did. The upholstery looks like new, they clean the engine and the trunk - which also both look brand new. I would say if I wanted to sell my car right now -- they just added at least $500 worth of value to it. And worth every single penny. Can't recommend them any higher!
