My kids love this place.
During the jump a cord came off, causing my daughter to get a little confused about what to do and slowing down and then her jump had to be stopped while the employees got the cord . Meanwhile all the other kids are continuing to jump away. I asked if she was going to have her time restarted and the girl said yes. Took my daughter a bit to get back into the high jumping, all the while the other kids are still jumping. Then they stop it and say time is up. I asked what about her extra time, they said she had it, they paused the timer while they were getting the cord. They didn't care my daughter had to slow down her jumping because the cord was swinging into her, then wait until they realized it. I said no, her jump got interrupted because of your equipment, she should have another jump, employee said no, you are done. I asked for the manager, she says she IS the manager, Taylor Bowling, and basically too bad. She refused to give my daughter another jump, or even more time to make up for the bad jump, then refused to give me her supervisors number, though she did give me the website info. She was very argumentative and lost several customers while she continued to tell us to basically go away. Very unprofessional!!
