The Parkway West is a long time favorite with me. Beautiful, and quiet with a a scenic view towards the mountains, and towards Maryville as well.
Love it. Too bad they closed it due to budget shortfalls.

The drive here is really nice. Foothills Parkway is great to drive, park, watch the sun set. Look rock is a short hike up asphalt paths to a lookout tower.
