Recently returned to the area and Jack had to go to the doctor his first day here. Had a problem with his ear. Researched area vets and picked Southwind. Glad we did. Got his stitches out today. Great staff, great Vet. Very accommodating, very good with Jack. Never felt compelled to write a review before. Can't say enough about them.
We had an appointment at 1:15 that they asked to push back to 3:45. Not a big deal. We showed up at the new time and still never got her booster shots or physical. It took over over an hour and a half just to get us into a room, and was 2 hours and 30 minutes past our appointment time when I finally just walked out. Huge waste of time. Won't be coming back.
Very friendly staff and best price we could find.
The staff here is wonderful. They don't try to nickel and dime you, for needless exams or procedures. My dog and I both leave in a good mood!
Such nice staff and Dr.Lollar is so compassionate. Explained everything and didn't recommend any unnecessary testing. I love this place!
