I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Maryville Animal Hospital. They truly love the animals they treat. They did all they could to extend my dog's life and, even though I had to put her to sleep, they were so gentle and caring. I will be getting another dog, and she will be going to Maryville Animal Hospital for her needs. I can't thank the doctors and staff enough for their care of my beloved Rosie.
I rescued my kitten from the shelter and I had a voucher for her rabies and her spay. When I dropped off Venus, the rude receptionist implied that I am a horrible pet owner for not getting pain medication for her because, "She's getting her uterus cut out." I told her several times I didn't want that or the exam. I pick up Venus this morning to find I have been charged for the exam that I said several times to the receptionist and to the vet that I did not want. I informed the lady at the counter and I belive her name was Donna (she is the obese lady with the attitude) she just shrugged and said the exam is with the shots. She refused to take it off. I have had the worst experience with this place. I should have just paid to go somewhere else.
