Lastly, I would like to address some of the comments I've seen from the promoters of this place. One actually said that the people with complaints should screw themselves. Are we not all entitled to our own opinion and is this not the proper place to express them? If you want to eat gross food in a disgusting place with bad service then by all means go right ahead but don't become defensive and vulgar to others with a negative opinion.
I was once a regular here but this place has went downhill. I would give 0 stars if possible and will never return here.
Service great lunch buffet was cold misslabeled must have new cook cuz its starting to go downhill used to be great margarittas was awesome best in town they load the tiquilla in it

We placed and order to go. First, they charged us an additional fee for each container. Then, they did not include the queso cheese dip although we were charged. Third, they messed up the special instructions on one of the orders. I called back to complain and spoke to Hector. He informed me that he would replace the queso and incorrect order on our next visit. I gave him my name and hung up. Two weeks later I called back to place an order and have that part replaced. I asked for Hector and the gentleman who answered the phone claimed he was Hector. I gave him my name and told him what had happened and that I was going to order. He then said "Oh, Hector is not here. He's on vacation". I asked why he said he was Hector and then asked him to check wherever he records these items. I was told "He doesn't write these things down, call next week." Before I could respond he hung up on me. There are at least 3 other Mexican restaurants within a few minutes of me and I will go to all of them from now on and never step foot in Margarita's.
Awful service, I had an easy order of two things with a total of 17$ and the guy charged me for 2 other guys orders. When I told him it was wrong he copped an attitude and slammed the money on the table and my food is cold and disgusting. Will not be returning.
I will start with the cleanliness or the lack of rather. This place is as disgusting as it gets, specifically the walls and restrooms. The customer service is horrible as well. If you go here plan on having to wait to be served even when it's not busy, being brought the wrong food and just general bad customer service such as having a rude and unpleasant tone. The food trends to be on the greasy side and also really dry on the buffet. You literally have to scrape burritos from the serving pan. Don't waste your time going here, there are plenty of other options.
