I love eating here. The service is reasonably fast, especially accounting for how busy they often are during normal meal hours. Great for and the trays (meals) are all about $5.
They not only didn't give me all my food in the drive thru once,but we had to pull over and go in cause we were still missing 2 of 4 meals.My husband went in get the rest of the food missing and had to wait 20 minutes and remind them to make the food that was missing.Front people have horrible customer service when addressing the issue. Don't plan on making a second trip!
This use to be a fantastic place to grab a quick bite at a cheap price. Now however it seems as though the young kids working there seem to hate their job. Food is usually over cooked and the young man working the front the last time we was there had a pretty bad attitude.
Today was the forest time I have ate here and the food was great, service was great, and very fast. My belly is full and I'm a happy camper.. thank you Cookout!!!!
The milk shakes are delicious. The food is alright and decently priced. The staff is cool. They're open pretty late too, which is a plus for me being on second shift
