So gross! When we came in there was NO staff, they were all out back smoking. Should have just left. Two tables still had dirty dishes on them, no one was bothering to clean. Food was so gross, and took over 25 mins to get (again, we were only ones there) half the food was cold or burnt. When we got the check, I noticed a roach crawl across my foot. We could not get out of there fast enough.
Both girls had only worked there for a few days but extremely nice. I love their breakfast!
I would give no stars if I could. Decided to stop here after a busy day at Dollywood. Kids were tired and we wanted something fast and simple. This was NOT that place. We waited two and a half hours to eat. First they were out of bacon and waffle mix....we were told a lady went to the store to get some...ummmmm ok. Finally got our food after no joke two and a half hours and we see two small German roaches crawling on the edge of our table. That was the last straw. Disgusting...run from this place!!! They gave us all kinds of free meal tickets to their store...you couldn't pay me to go back!!!!
I know it is Christmas, so I will be as polite as I know how. We walked in and noticed something odd, not a single table had food on it. Guests are looking around at the servers and cooks for some sort of progress. It was just my husband and I, all we ordered was biscuits and gravy. 1 hour later and no food. I am pretty sure the cook was on some sort of drug because she was just running back and forth from the kitchen to the bathroom and was babbling a bunch of words no one could make out.
It took awhile to get our food even though there weren't that many people there and my order was missing items when I finally received it.
