We've used Maryville Title on 2 separate occasions and we've been very pleased with their service. I would give 5 stars if all docs were soft copies and accepted digital signatures - similar to Dot Loop.

Maryville Title is an outstanding company. They are very professional and work hard to get your closing done accurately and in a timely manner. They are great at communicating any issues that might arise and keep you in the loop at all times. I trust Maryville Title.
Attitudes here were a little off putting as well but then I found out the same attorney owns this place that owns KnoxvilleTitle, and after our absolutely horrific experience there, I would never use this place anyway.

We initially tried to go here but they wanted a minimum of two weeks for a cash transaction on a piece of land, which is ridiculous. We have closed on many properties over the years and most are cleared for closing within 2-3 days.
