Just wanted to add an update: I had my roof repaired and replaced, but the cost was a little more than the original estimate. Josh Jones and Homefirst Agency came through for me again! They approved the overages so I am very happy, to say the least! Thanks again!!!

Great experience with my agent Cara. Helped guide me through the whole process and in my opinion really went the extra mile working through weekends.
