After looking at photos after a beach vacation September 2016 I decided to do something about myself. I wanted a place where I could go and not feel like there was a competition when I toned. I had back surgery a couple years ago and can only do light weights and could not afford physical therapy anymore. I did lot of research on local gyms. Quick Fitness 24/7 was just what I needed! Since joining October 1, 2016 I have lost over 20 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, my heart rate and recovery time is much lower too. The staff treat you like a neighbor and not just a number. If you need a quiet place to get back into shape or just feel better about yourself I highly recommend this Quick Fitness 24/7!!
