Older, but local well-maintained club with just the simple basics that you need. Small indoor pool and nice tanning deck. Small workout area, but not too bad for waiting. Recommended.
Never crowded and plenty of equipment to use.
Great gym for people of all ages and fitness levels. They have a pool with a nice deck, large locker rooms, hot tubs, sauna, indoor basket ball court, and any type of equipment you can really ask for. There is a pretty good variety of classes. Most of the equipment is pretty new. Only down side is the building itself is a bit dated, but honestly that doesn't effect your workout.
Love the place! The staff are always friendly, and I just like the atmosphere most of the time. 5 stars
There Silver Sneeker's program is great but my husband quit going because the men in the locker room spa area side cannot follow the rules of the club. He was very uncomfortable.
