I called 1 hour before close and asked politely about any move in specials. I was thinking that I would get some good information, instead I got a guy that was very rude and unprofessional. I could tell that he has absolutely no customer service skills. I read the reviews on this place and seen that others have wrote that these employees are rude but I ignored it and called anyway. Don't do my mistake, don't call unless you want to get pissed off by very rude, unprofessional service.
When I went to rent a unit the was owner was very polite and helpful. She made the process very easy and the pricing is very reasonable.
This place is terrible..our storage unit got broken into and the owner never called us to let us know, which we think he is the one that actually did it. He runs a very shady business here.
When I called about a unit he had a real nasty attitude and basically told me that I needed to work around his schedule and set up a time an hour before they close so that he could be out of there in time to get back to his "home" office. Rude!!
