At first he was very nice. Until we had to find a new storage place because he didn't have anymore available for us to put more stuff in. We moved all of our items out and called to let him know we would be moving our stuff out. He said we would need to sweep it out to get our deposit back so I took a broom back and sweep it out on my way back home which was around 6:30 pm that night. I called to ask about getting my deposit back and he said I wasn't getting it becasue I didn't sweep it out when I told him that I did he said no you didn't I had to do it and it was nasty and then hung up on me. (Note I was being nice no yelling or anything) I left the storage unit looking better then it did before I put my stuff in it because that's what people with good morals do. I am not upset. Do I need the $20 deposit yes very badly but that's not the point. The point is that it was very wrong of him to keep my money when I was honest did what I was asked to do and left it better then it was given to me.
