Loved it so beautiful in Tennessee
Enjoy living here. Most days
I hated this place when lived there. Neighborhood is not kid friendly, this is a lot of drug activities there and the manager knows about it because she does drugs herself. This place is what you call trailer park trash. Anybody can move there, sex a finders, drug dealers, homeless, hood rats, etc. (I give this park 1/2 point)
Looked at a place here with my brother, who is looking for a rental home. HUNDREDS of roaches, dead and alive. An indescribable smell in the house, who can only know what was in it. All this with mostly laminate flooring. I didn't know that laminate would actually absorb a stink. Wow. In all seriousness, I would believe that someone died in the house and wasn't found until the rent was weeks overdue. Sadly, the house and lot looked great from the outside. If only a little more concern was taken with presentation.
