Rent is always increasing, but don't get anything more to justify the increase. Lots of drugs and thieves. Have recently had my vehicle broken into and then at a later date had my kids bicycle stolen out of the yard.
Ok place to live if you stay to yourself
To expensive. My sister owns her home and pays over 400 a month for lot rent
