Worst service ever. Rent is 1250$/month but we cant get reasonable repairs which were promised to be fixed before lease signing. Broken door, no screens, back porch deteriorating and splintering my kids, weatherstripping mangled from previous tenant, no drainage from gutters so water just pools around house and foundation. The list goes on... Bunch of extortionists. Beware! Ive gotten better maintenance timeliness and standards from a cheap ghetto apartment.
