I've lived at these apartments for the past few months and I can truly say that it is a very well maintained complex. The people are kind, the buildings are well kept, and there is a touch of pleasant luxury felt here. I don't know why so many people have problems, I feel, and truly can say, The Bridgeway Apartments make for a comfortable home for anyone looking for a place to call their own.
Loved my time spent at this community! The staff was so friendly and would address any and all issues very promptly. Even though I left since I had bought a home it was bittersweet since I really loved it there!

Overpriced. Hope you don't have a pacemaker because of the beautiful power lines at the entrance. They nickel and dime you for everything. Read your lease agreement well because they'll charge you $150-300 for carpet cleaning then tack on whatever they decide to after you move out. Instead of receiving my deposit back, they sent me a bill almost 1 month after turning in my keys for an extra $150 of "extra carpet scrubbing in high traffic areas". This was after we had a full move-out walk-through inspection which never found anything wrong.
I lived at Bridgeway during my last semester of college and it was the worst mistake! rent is entirely too expensive for what you're getting, and the add ons you have to pay for are ridiculous. Want an apartment on the first floor? Better be ready to pay a "convenience fee". And when you move out they make you pay a MINIMUM of $100 to have your carpets cleaned. But today I received a note in the mail that said I would be getting NONE of my safety deposit back AND that I owe them another insane amount of money for damage and "spot treatments for the carpet". When I moved out of my apartment it looked like no one had been living there. This company is horrible, I would recommend never ever renting from them.
