I researched local plumbers & found James Loveday's post to be inviting and honest. I also liked the fact that I received a discount for being a Vet. Not to mention that I am an unemployed fulltime student. James responded to me quickly & came a little earlier than originally stated (not something that usually occurs with service providers).
