Had him come re-evaluate a pump he previously installed and he incorrectly diagnosed the problem and led me to believe it was fixed. He then did not respond to our phone call when we noted a month later that the problem was not fixed. Hired another plumber who identified that it was installed incorrectly to begin with and that this "fix" was totally wrong. Very disappointed.
