Great to deal with. Tried several different stores and then finally came here. Staff was great here. There was no pressure to buy and they were very knowledgeable to any questions that I ask. Would do business with them again and again.
Bought foundations for our king size bed. They had me go around back where they had propped them up against the wall. No one there to help load. Unbelievable. But hey... they got their sale. Won't go there again.
Bought a mattress from them exactly a year ago. We chose the mattress that the sales rep had recommended and it was the worst decision ever. 6 months into sleeping on the bed we noticed the springs popping and we could feel them. now 1 year later not only is there still springs popping and making noise but the mattress sags, we both roll into the middle of the bed! im sorry but for a bed over $500.00 i shouldnt have a problem what so ever! My biggest issue is when i called and spoke to a guy name rich he unfortunately told me there was nothing he could do without my receipt bc i dont come up in there system. So thats how you do business? WHO keeps a receipt for a year? i even offered to bring a bank statement showing where i made the purchase of my bed and his response was that doesnt tell us which mattress it is, well guess what the mattress is at my house i can gladly take a pic of the tag on the mattress or u can come here and look for yourself! im sorry but just horrible service in my opinion if you get a faulty bed from them. I had stated from the beginning i didnt have my receipt so i took it as if they just didnt want to deal with it. Even though he stated at the end if i found my receipt he would gladly help me, i know he was just saying that for customer service bc i had mentioned to him several times i didnt have it! I will never ever give that company my business again and i will make sure all my family and friends dont make the same mistake we did !

Bought a bed from Beds-To-Go on Friday - had it delivered to my home the next day! This is a wonderful business run with great care and professionalism. All of my questions were answered, I didn't feel pressured to buy one particular product over another (or anything at all). I will definitely be back when I need another mattress.
