After i get to her workstation she picks up a ringing cellphone and starts arguing with someone on the other end about her kids. Next thing i know, she turns to me says flash in five. Then goes back to arguing on the phone. I had to guess where to stand and where to look. Of course i get a great photo that way :( She takes my old license, tells me she is shredding it. Gives me a paper license and tells me the other is in the mail.
One of the branch managers was rude to me when I came back with proof of citizenship. She stomped over to the clerk helping me and said in a snotty way, "I already told these people what they needed to bring in", just assuming I was trying to circumvent the system. We are new to TN and this treatment did not make for a good impression. I will use a different location next time.
I am told that i can't use the paper copy as ID for airlines and i have to fly out the next day :(

Please, get a HR manager that is demanding. The state spent good money on everything, its just an HR manager that needs to pull the staffs cellphones out of their hands. You know like when you drive.
Well, it was quick at least. Poor traffic pattern to the self service kiosk for my license renewal. And i got called up quickly for my photo but the person helping me was awful. In private industry she would have been fired on the spot.
I reallg don't like how there ppl teeat there costmurs. But I have walked out of the crying 2 weeks ago. I was not a happy camper. The lady was so very rude 2 me. She keep asking me 6 times if I wear glassies. When I reat u all we need a 100% better. And the words was so smile & blueie where u could not see it. But the lady was so rude about it.
