The case worker assigned to us would never return our phone calls and wouldn't turn in our paperwork so they would always send us a denial letter for missing paper work. We have been to the office three times and have been trying since May.

Considering how many people they have to deal with and are wayyy overloaded, i think they do a pretty dang good job. They give ample time to turn in paperwork and such, so if a person gets kicked off or denied, then id say it was the clients fault. Too many people are assigned to each caseworker.
