They need to fix their staffing shortage problems. My children received good medical care, but the administrative problems are enough for me to move to another practice.

I had checkups for all three of my kids in August. Had a family crisis and in the midst of things, my children were not here and we had so much going on at the time and I forgot the appointments. I called and apologized and explained what happened and they proceeded to tell me that they were discharged as patients. I asked if here there was anyway to get it fixed and set back up and was told only "Shannon" could make that decision so I asked to speak with him. Took me almost a week and calling today asking if I was worth 5 minutes of his time. I explained to him what was going on and how much me and my kids loved the office and the doctors. We went back and forth for a while but to make a long story short he told me, and I swear on my kids lives, "I'm sorry ma'am but it's not my problem that you didn't do your job as a mother and call and reschedule these appointments and I'm done talking about it because I have other things to do." I have never been more insulted as a mother and would give a -5 rating if I could. How dare that man speak to me that way and belittle me. "Shannon" does not deserve to manage a doctors office that cares for people and does not deserve his medical title because he has zero compassion. I sat for over an hour crying and calming myself down before I wrote this review and tried to find a way to go back into work not looking like I cried for over an hour so thanks Shannon. I'm just mind blown how this man can talk to people like that and have such a professional establishment. WOW!!!!!!! Just WOW......

Always have had a pleasant experience with Dr. Fox and Dr. Baxter! They both always take time with me and my son. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Fox is great. However, I am not so sure about the staff. Every time I have called, they have been so rude. First time I called about my little one having a fever and they told me someone would call me back. I eventually had to call them back 3 times before I got some advice. I also called to obtain shot records and was told that it usually takes 24 hours (which is fine) but since I called so early they should have them ready after lunch, around 1. I called back after 1, got a new person, who then told me that they need 24 hours and were too busy but I could call back after 3 and see if they were ready. So, I just decided to call the next day at 8am and the shot records were ready. (Why couldn't they call me once they were ready? Why do I have to keep calling them!!??) I then tell them that my daycare needs to have a signature and date in the upper right hand corner of the shot records and that this is very important. She then says "well, our signature is on the bottom". I just don't understand why she wouldn't just say "no problem" and just make sure to fulfill the request from my daycare. Also, one simple checkup appointment took 3 hours. Appointment was at 9 and we didn't leave until noon. In addition, I attempted to schedule a follow up appointment for vaccines when I left. I was told to give them my phone number and they would call me later that day to schedule the shots so they could make sure they had them in stock. Well, a week later, I remembered they never called me so I had to call them and make the appointment. So, we are currently on the search for a new office. I hate to give up Dr. Fox but I am a busy mom who does not have the time to keep following up with them. They should be following up with me. I should not have to constantly call them. I feel like I get a lot of sass when I do and that they are just too busy to give us the care and attention that all doctor's s offices should provide.

This is my Sons Dr. as well as mine before when I was younger. I love all of the doctors and PA's here. Very professional staff and great with children especially babies. We usually try to see Dr. Baxter but don't mind seeing any of the other Dr's.

First of all, they have taken on way too many new patients so they can't take care of their existing ones. Appointments are booked 4 months out which is absurd. I decided to transfer my children to Maryville pediatrics and it has been over 2 weeks since the request for records was sent and Maryville pediatrics still has not recieved them (and I've called cedar creek twice now asking about them- given an excuse each time). I have already had to reschedule an appointment once due to lack of records. I worked in the medical field for 8 years- this is not a arduous task and isn't rocket science.
