After Calling around for days trying to find someone to work on our washer we found Real time appliance. They came quickly, and were so courteous. They called repeatedly to make sure they understood the problem, to make sure they had the right part with them. This is a small family business the husband and wife came out together for the repair. They were prepared, and had obviously done research on my problem. The washer was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Also, they were extremely patient while they waited on me to care for my screaming baby. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing repairs.
